Fornells has been the muse of great artists who have found inspiration in this village. Enjoy the act of taking a picture in an environment that invites creativity.
The essence that surrounds this small fishing village lies in the salty smell given off by the Mediterranean Sea and which mixes with different shades of blue, green, white, brown, ochre and pink that invite contemplation.
But not everything is calmness and quietness, as Fornells is one of the spots of Menorca where the north wind most blows, making its stormy days an amazing wild spectacle of tide waves colliding with cliffs.
Undoubtedly, Fornells is a continuous colour show, an ideal place for photography lovers to enjoy with its camera and capture the unique perception of time. It is a strategic location which overlooks Menorca’s highest point, El Toro, but also the infinite horizon. Located at the north of Menorca, Fornells has a light-hearted geography, where cliffs and various shades of colours invite the creativity of forms and clean observation and photography of the sky and the stars.
Mediterranean photography Festival of Menorca: Mèdit Foto
